5. גביית מס
תיקון: תש״ט־2, תשי״ח
הוראות פקודת העיריות, 1934, בדבר גביית ארנוניות, שהטילה אותן מועצת עירייה לפי הפקודה ההיא, וכן בדבר הטלת קנס פיגורים, משלוח הודעות ומסירת מסמכים, תחולנה בשינויים המתאימים על גביית מס כל־שהוא, שתטיל אותו רשות מקומית לפי הפקודה הזאת, ולצורך הטלתן של ההוראות ההן על גביית מס כל־שהוא, שתטיל אותו כך מועצה מקומית, יהיו רואים את כוחותיו של ראש העירייה – לפי ההוראות הנ״ל – כאילו הם מסורים לנשיא המועצה המקומית.
