4. הודעה בנוגע לשמוש בתקנות תהא נכללת בשטרי המטען
תיקון: תש״ח
כל שטר מטען וכל תעודת קנין כיוצא בזה שניתנו בישראל והם מכילים חוזה או משמשים הוכחה למציאותו של חוזה שחלות עליו התקנות, תהא נכללת בהם הודעה מפורשת האומרת שאותו שטר מטען או אותה תעודת קנין יהיו בני תוקף בהתחשב עם הוראות התקנות האמורות כפי שהוטלו ע״י פקודה זו, ושטר המטען או תעודת הקנין יהיו בני תוקף בהתחשב עם אותן התקנות, אפילו אין בהם הודעה מפורשת כזאת.
