14. מועדי התשלום
(א)במהלך ביצוע העבודה ישולם לבעל תפקיד שכר ביניים, אשר לא יעלה על חמישים אחוזים מהשכר הסופי המשוער, אולם בית המשפט רשאי לאשר תשלום שיעור גבוה יותר מנימוקים שיירשמו.
(ב)השכר הסופי ישולם עם שחרורו של בעל התפקיד מתפקידו.
