לבעל תפקיד ישולם שכר בסכום של 200 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לדצמבר 1999; בשנת 2026, 314 ש״ח) בעד תביעת חוב של עובד שהוגשה לו על פי סעיף 189 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995.
