1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ערעור“ – ערעור על החלטה של בית דין למשמעת כאמור בסעיף 43 לחוק;
”בקשה“ – בקשה לעכב ביצוע פיטורים או להורות על החזרה למשרה כאמור בסעיף 43 לחוק.
