16. הלוקח סחורה טרופה לחוף נכרי
תיקון: תש״ח
כל הלוקח לחוף נכרי כל ספינה שעלתה על שרטון או שחשבה להשבר או שבאה במצוקה בצורה אחרת במימי ישראל או כל חלק ממטענה או מתחמושתה או כל דבר השייך לה או כל סחורה טרופה שנמצאה במימי ישראל והמוכרם באותו חוף נכרי יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לשלש שנות מאסר.
