21. שומת נכסים על ידי המקבל
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)נפלה מחלוקת בענין דמי הצלה הרשות בידי המקבל, עפ״י בקשת כל צד, למנות שמאי שירשום את הנכסים ויתן העתקות מן השומא לשני הצדדים.
(2)כל העתקה של השומא שנראה מגופו כי היא חתומה על ידי השמאי ומקויימת כהעתקה נכונה ע״י המקבל תקובל כעדות בכל משפט שיתעורר לאחר מכן.
(3)כל המבקש לערוך שומא חייב לשלם בעד השומא את המס שיקבע שר התחבורה.
