2. ועדות מיעצות
(א)שר החקלאות ימנה, לצורך חוק זה ועדה מייעצת או ועדות מייעצות; בכל ועדה יהיו אנשים מן הציבור ומעובדי המדינה.
(ב)ועדה מייעצת יכולה להיות כללית או מיוחדת לסוג מסויים של בעלי חיים.
