שר האוצר יפרסם ברשומות, בעת ובעונה, אחת עם פרסום ההכנסות שנתקבלו וההוצאות שהוצאו בתקציב המדינה הרגיל, בכל שנת כספים דין וחשבון על הערבויות שניתנו לפי חוק זה.
