5. הרכב המועצה
(א)השרים יקבעו את מספר חברי המועצה שלא יפחת מעשרים, מהם נציגי הציבור, נציג אחד של ההסתדרות הציונית העולמית – הסוכנות היהודית לארץ ישראל (להלן – הסוכנות) ונציגי הממשלה.
(ב)מספר נציגי הממשלה יהיה רבע המספר הכולל של חברי המועצה.
פורסמו תקנות המועצה לייצור ולשיווק של אגוזי אדמה (מינוי נציגי הממשלה), תשל״ח–1978.
