חייב בביצוע התאמות נגישות, שאינו עוסק פטור, יודיע לנציבות על היותו פטור לפי תקנות אלה באמצעות עדכון במערכת אלקטרונית של הנציבות, סמוך למועד הוצאת הפטור.
