7. תחולה ושמירת דינים
תיקון: תשס״ג, תשפ״ב
(א)תקנות אלה יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על בתי הדין לעבודה.
(ב)עיון במידע המצוי בתיק בית משפט יתאפשר לפי תקנות אלה בלבד, למעט מידע שנוצר בידי צד להליך שהוא רשות ציבורית כהגדרתה בחוק חופש המידע, התשנ״ח–1998, או בשבילו; לעניין זה, ”עיון“ – לרבות צפייה במידע באמצעות קבלתו.
