1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מפקח“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות חינוך ממלכתי (סדרי הפיקוח), התשי״ז–1956;
”רשות חינוך מקומית“ – רשות חינוך מקומית כהגדרתה בחוק לימוד חובה, התש״ט–1949;
”ועדת שימוע“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 7 לחוק;
”תקנות ההעברה“ – תקנות חינוך ממלכתי (העברה), התשי״ט–1959.
