22. הודעה על כניסה למוסד
(א)תוך חמישה ימים מיום שהתחיל ילד ללמוד בגן ילדים, תודיע האחראית לגן הילדים על כך בכתב לרשות החינוך המקומית שבתחום שיפוטה נמצא הגן.
(ב)ההודעה לפי תקנת משנה (א) תציין את שם הילד, מספרו בספר התושבים המתנהל לפי פקודת מרשם התושבים, תש״ט–1949, ומענו.
