25. רישום לגן ילדים שאינו מוסד חינוך רשמי
הורים הממלאים חובת רישום ילד והרוצים שהילד ילמד בגן ילדים שאינו מוסד חינוך רשמי, ימציאו בשעת הרישום, מכתב מאת אותו גן המאשר שהילד נתקבל אליו והרשם יצרף את מכתב האישור לטופס הרישום שנמסר לרשות החינוך המקומית.
