30. ערר על החלטת רשות החינוך המקומית
תיקון: תשל״ו, תשל״ז
(א)הוריו של תלמיד כאמור בתקנה 28(ד) רשאים לבקש מרשות החינוך המקומית לדון מחדש על המוסד שבו ילמד התלמיד, תוך שבעה ימים מיום שקיבלו את ההודעה לפי תקנה 29.
(ב)רשות החינוך המקומית תדון בבקשה תוך זמן קצר ככל האפשר ותודיע להורי התלמיד את החלטתה.
(ג)היה בדעת רשות החינוך המקומית לדחות את הבקשה, תתייעץ תחילה עם מנהל המחוז.
