37. נוכחות במעמד הרישום של בא כוח יושב ראש רשות החינוך המקומית
היה הרישום במקום שבו קיים בית ספר ממלכתי בלבד או בית ספר ממלכתי דתי בלבד, וראתה רשות החינוך המקומית צורך בכך או שהשר קבע כך, יהיה נוכח מלבד האנשים האמורים בתקנה 10(א) גם בא כוח יושב ראש רשות החינוך המקומית; בא כוח זה יהיה דתי אם הרישום הוא לבית ספר ממלכתי וכן להיפך.
