רישום שלא באתר אינטרנט, בהתאם לתקנות אלה, יהיה בתוקף ויבטל כל רישום מנוגד באתר אינטרנט, זולת אם הרישום באתר אינטרנט אומת באמצעות תעודה אלקטרונית כהגדרתה בחוק חתימה אלקטרונית, התשס״א–2001.
