53א. דיווח לעמית מושך או מעביר
תיקון: תשס״ד־4
(א)קופת גמל תשלח לעמית המושך כספים מקופת הגמל או לעמית המעביר ממנה כספים, דין וחשבון במתכונת ובאופן שיורה עליהם הממונה.
(ב)קופת גמל שהועברו אליה כספים מקופת גמל אחרת תשלח לעמית שלחשבונו הועברו הכספים דין וחשבון במתכונת ובאופן שיורה עליהם הממונה.
