תיקון: תשנ״ג, תשס״ד־4
קופת גמל או חברה מנהלת המבקשות להתחיל בהליכי פירוק או להפסיק את פעילותן, לא יקבלו החלטה על הפירוק, אלא אם כן קיבלו קודם לכן אישור לכך מאת הממונה.
