5. שונות
(א)אין בהוראות תקנות אלה כדי להטיל על הגופים האמורים בתקנות 3(א)(1) ו־(2), 4(א)(2) ו־4(ב)(3) חובה למסור מידע שאין הם חייבים למוסרו לפי כל דין.
(ב)מידע שהתקבל אצל גוף מוסדי לפי תקנות אלה, לא ישמש את הגוף המוסדי אלא לשם טיוב המידע על אודות העמית המצוי בידיו לשם מניעת ניתוק קשר עמו, לשם איתור עמיתים שהקשר עמם נותק ולשם איתור מוטבים לאחר מותו של העמית.
