3. דינו של עונש כולל
עונש של מאסר או של קנס שהוטל בשל עבירה מן המנויות בסעיף 1(ג) ובשל עבירה אחרת כאחד, דינו לענין חוק זה כדין עונש שהוטל רק בשל עבירה מן המנויות כאמור.
