4. תחולה
לעניין תקנה 2 יילקחו בחשבון הרשעה בעבירה שנעברה מהיום הקובע ואילך, ועיצום כספי בשל הפרה שבוצעה מהיום הקובע ואילך, ובלבד שלפחות אחת מן העבירות או ההפרות נעברה או בוצעה לאחר יום תחילתן של תקנות אלה; בתקנה זו, ”היום הקובע“ – ג׳ בטבת התשס״ו (3 בינואר 2006).
