תיקון: תשכ״ד
הכנסת רשאית להטיל על ועדת הכספים לקבוע כל אחת מהמשכורות והתשלומים האמורים.
ועדת הכספים תהיה מוסמכת להחליט סופית בשאלה זו ואף לגבי תקופה שלפני תחילתו של חוק זה.
הכנסת הטילה על ועדת הכספים לקבוע את משכורתו של הרב הראשי לישראל (י״פ תשל״ד, 1734).
