14. החזקה בנכסי לקוח ובכספי לקוח
חברה תחזיק בנכסי לקוח ובכספי לקוח, בין במישרין ובין בעקיפין, רק לאחר שחתמה עם הלקוח על הסכם מסגרת כאמור בתקנה 27.
