57. בעל שליטה
(א)חל שינוי בהיקף או באופן החזקות של בעל שליטה בחברה, תגיש החברה דיווח המפרט את השינוי ומועדו, ודוח המפרט את מצבת אחזקות בעלי השליטה לאחר השינוי.
(ב)הפך אדם לבעל שליטה בחברה בלא שקיבל היתר לכך מהרשות, תדווח החברה לרשות על כך, וכן תגיש דוח המפרט את מצבת אחזקות בעלי השליטה לאחר השינוי.
