79. רישום הוראה על עסקה מיידית שלא בוצעה באופן מיידי
הורה לקוח על ביצוע עסקה מיידית והעסקה לא יצאה אל הפועל באופן מיידי תערוך החברה רישום הכולל פרטים אלה:
(1)פרטי הזיהוי של הלקוח נותן ההוראה;
(2)מועד מתן ההוראה;
(3)פרטים (3) עד (6) לתקנה 78 ובהם במקום ”עסקה“ יקראו ”הוראה“;
(4)הסיבה לאי־ביצוע ההוראה.
