2. מסירת מידע אודות ניסוי
כל אדם שהגיש בקשה לוועדת הלסינקי או לוועדה העליונה, לערוך ניסוי רפואי בבני אדם בתחום הגנטיקה, חייב למסור לוועדה המייעצת, לפי דרישתה, מידע אודות הניסוי, מהלך ביצועו ותוצאותיו; המידע כאמור יימסר בתוך 30 ימים מקבלת הדרישה, ייערך בהתאם להוראות הוועדה המייעצת ויועבר כקובץ מחשב לפי הוראותיה.
