7. הוראות מעבר
חוק זה יחול על טובין שיובאו לישראל לפני תחילתו של חוק זה אם יצאו מפיקוח רשות המכס, כמשמעותו בסעיף 18(א) לפקודת המכס, אחרי יום ח׳ בכסלו תשי״ח (1 בדצמבר 1957).
