2. פירוש
תיקון: תש״ח
בפקודה זו,
”מוכתר“ פירושו מוכתר או עוזר למוכתר של כפר (כפי שהוגדר בפקודה זו) או של חלק או של רובע הימנו.
”כפר“ פירושו מקום שהוכרז או שיוכרז להבא ככפר או כיחידת־שבט עפ״י סעיף 11 מדבר המלך במועצה על ארץ ישראל, 1922.
