5. מועדי הבחינות
תיקון: תשס״ו
(א)בחינות לקבלת רישיון ייערכו בפיקוח הרשות או מי מטעמה לפחות פעמיים בשנה.
(ב)הרשות תקבע מקומן של הבחינות, מועדיהן, ומועדי הגשת הבקשות להיבחן; הודעה על כך תפורסם ברשומות ובשני עיתונים יומיים בעלי תפוצה רחבה היוצאים לאור בישראל בשפה העברית.
