12. תחילה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה ביום פרסומן ברשומות, ואולם מי שערך ביטוח לפי התקנות הקודמות יהיה רשאי לערוך ביטוח לפי תקנות 3 או 4 לתקנות אלה, לא יאוחר מיום כ״ה בשבט התש״ס (1 בפברואר 2000) ובלבד שהביטוח לפי התקנות הקודמות בתוקף עד אותו מועד לפחות.
