3. תחילה ותחולה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה 90 ימים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), והן יחולו החל ביום התחילה על מבטח שסירב לבטח אדם או שהחליט לתת למבוטח יחס שונה בחוזה ביטוח, כאמור בסעיף 19לה לחוק, ביום התחילה או לאחריו.
