9. השגה על החלטת יחידת הגישור
(א)מגשר שיחידת הגישור החליטה שלא לכלול אותו ברשימת המגשרים, רשאי להשיג על ההחלטה לפני ועדת המשנה בהרכבה כאמור בתקנה 2(ד).
(ב)השגה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תוגש בתוך 30 ימים מיום שהומצאה למגשר ההחלטה; ועדת המשנה רשאית להאריך מועד זה מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
