26. החלטה
(א)החלטת הועדה תינתן פה אחד או ברוב דעות, תיערך בכתב ותיחתם בידי היושב ראש ושני חברים.
(ב)העתק מהחלטה, מאושר ביד היושב־ראש או ביד מי שהוא קבע לכך באופן כללי או למקרה מיוחד, ישלח בדואר רשום לעורר ולמשיב, סמוך ככל האפשר למתן ההחלטה.
