8. העתק למשיב ולעורר
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)הערר על נספחיו יוגש לועדה בחמישה עותקים; עותק אחד תעביר הועדה למשיב.
(ב)המשיב יגיש לועדה לא יאוחר משלושים יום מיום שנמסר לו עותק הערר תשובה מנומקת בחמישה עותקים; עותק אחד תעביר הועדה לעורר.
