Section 1 of תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (תשלום קיצבאות בעד ילדים וחלוקתן), תשי״ט–1959, תשלום קיצבאות בעד ילדים.
1. תשלום קיצבאות בעד ילדים
(א)ילד שהניח אחריו המבוטח ואין אלמנה זכאית לקבל בשבילו תוספת לפי סעיף 6 לתוספת השניה לחוק, ישלם המוסד את הקיצבה –
(1)לאחד מהוריו שאינו פסול־דין והנמצא בישראל, או
(2)לאפוטרופוס שנתמנה על ידי בית משפט או בית דין מוסמך, אם אין לילד הורים בישראל או הם פסולי־דין.
(ב)נמצא הילד במקום מחוץ לבית הוריו, תשולם הקיצבה, על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), רק למי שנמצא בישראל ונושא למעשה בהוצאות החזקתו של הילד.
