הוגשה בקשה לחשיפת זהות, תפתח מזכירות בית המשפט תיק פתוח לעיון הציבור ובלבד שהעיון בו אינו אסור על פי דין (להלן – התיק הפתוח), ותיק שאינו פתוח לעיון הצדדים או הציבור (להלן – התיק החסוי).
