5. סך כל הניכויים
תיקון: תשס״ב, תשס״ג
סך כל הניכויים המותרים לפי תקנות אלה יחד עם הניכויים לפי תקנות עובדים זרים (איסור העסקה שלא כדין והבטחת תנאים הוגנים) (שיעור ניכוי מהשכר בעד דמי ביטוח רפואי), התשס״ב–2001 (להלן – תקנות דמי ביטוח רפואי), ולפי סעיף 25(א)(6) לחוק הגנת השכר, התשי״ח–1958 (להלן – חוק הגנת השכר), לא יעלה על 25% משכרו החודשי של עובד זר.
