בעל דין יגיש לבית המשפט, לפי דרישת מזכירות בית המשפט, עותק אחד נוסף של בי־דין, המודפס בנייר, ויסמן את הנספחים לו בספרות ובאמצעות דגלוני סימון באופן שיהיה ניתן לאתרם בקלות; ואולם בעל דין המגיש כתב בי־דין אלקטרוני לפי פרק ט״ז3 לתקנות – סעיף זה יחול עליו למשך שישה חודשים בלבד מיום תחילתן של הוראות אלה.
