ההודעה בדבר הגשת כתבי בי־דין אלקטרוניים לפי תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984 (י״פ תשס״ט, 318), לא תחול על בית הדין האזורי לעבודה בחיפה, ההודעה בדבר הגשת כתב בי־דין אלקטרוניים בבית משפט לפי תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984 (י״פ תש״ע, 1393), לא תחול על בית הדין האזורי לעבודה בבאר שבע ויראו הליכים שהוגשו לפי ההודעות האמורות כאילו הוגשו לפי הודעה זו.
