64. ביטול מערכת פרטית לסילוק שפכים
(א)עם חיבורו של ביב הבניין למערכת הביוב של הרשות המקומית או לביב המאסף, תיסתם ההסתעפות למערכת לסילוק השפכים הפרטית, יבוטלו ויסתמו בורות הרקב, בורות החלחול או כל רכיב במערכת הפרטית לסילוק השפכים.
(ב)איטום בורות החלחול ובורות הרקב ייעשה בהנחייתו של מהנדס ביסוס באופן שלא תיווצר בעתיד סכנה בטיחותית.
