26. תחילה והוראות מעבר
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה 90 ימים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), והן יחולו על בקשה להיתר שהוגשה ביום התחילה או לאחריו.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), לבקשת מבקש ההיתר, מותר לפעול לפי תקנות אלה מיום פרסומן.
