10. אחזקה
(א)חלון של בניין ייבנה באופן המאפשר את ניקויו מתוך הבניין או מחוץ לבניין, תוך מזעור הסיכון למנקה.
(ב)בבניין עם קירות מסך, יש להבטיח פתרון לניקוי בטיחותי של קירות המסך; התקנת פיגום תלוי תיעשה כמפורט בת״י 1139.
