4. בידוד בין דירות בבניין מגורים
בקיר הפרדה בין דירות מגורים צמודות, בתווך החוצץ בין הקומות (מערכת תקרה–רצפה) בין דירות מגורים, וכן בין דירת מגורים לבין חלקי מבנה שאינם דירה, יתקיימו ערכי הבידוד האקוסטי מפני קול נישא באוויר ומפני קול הולם, הנדרשים לפי ת״י 1004 חלק 1.
