2. פטור משירות מחמת גיל
בכפוף להוראות סעיף 36א(ג) לחוק, יוצא צבא הנמנה עם המקצועות או התפקידים המפורטים בטור א׳ בתוספת, ביחידות שייעודן מפורט בטור ב׳ בתוספת, יהיה זכאי לפטור מחובת שירות ביטחון אם הגיע לגיל כמפורט בטור ג׳ בתוספת.
