1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מכל למשקה“ – כהגדרתו בחוק;
”יצרן“ – מי שעוסק בייצור מכלים למשקה, בין בעצמו ובין על ידי אחרים, או העוסק בעבודה מן העבודות הדרושות לתהליך ייצור כאמור או לשם שינוי צורתם, טיבם או איכותם של מכלים למשקה;
”יבואן“ – מי שעסקו או חלק מעסקו יבוא מכלים למשקה לשם מסחר.
