4. הוכחת הכשרה מתאימה
(א)הוכיח מבקש שהוא חבר רגיל באגודת האינג׳ינרים והארכיטקטים בישראל, יראה בכך חבר הבוחנים הוכחה שלמבקש ההכשרה המתאימה לענין סעיף 9(4) לחוק.
(ב)שוכנע חבר הבוחנים על סמך העבודות שביצע המבקש, מהותן, היקפן ונסיבות ביצוען, ועל סמך תעודות המעידות על השכלתו המקצועית, אם הוגשו תעודות כאלה, שלמבקש הידע העיוני הדרוש, יראה החבר בעבודות ובתעודות אלה הוכחה שלמבקש ההכשרה המתאימה לענין סעיף 9(4) לחוק.
