32. הטלת העונש
(א)לאחר הטענות והראיות לענין העונש כאמור בתקנה 31, ולא יאוחר מ־21 ימים מיום סיום הדיון, תקבע ועדת אתיקה את החלטתה לענין העונש; ההחלטה תיחתם בידי חברי ועדת אתיקה ותיקרא בפני הקובל והנאשם או תומצא להם, כפי שתקבע ועדת אתיקה.
(ב)העתק מהכרעת דין והחלטה על עונש שהוקראו, יומצא לקובל ולנאשם.
