12. ביטול החלטה שלא בפני בעל דין
תיקון: תשע״ח
ניתנה החלטה שלא בפני בעל דין והגיש בעל דין בקשה לביטולה תוך 30 ימים מיום שהומצאה לו ההחלטה, רשאי בית המשפט, על פי צד אחד, לבטלה בתנאים שייראו לו בדבר הוצאות המשפט או ענינים אחרים; החלטה שמטבעה אינה יכולה להיות מבוטלת לגבי אותו בעל דין בלבד, מותר לבטלה גם לגבי שאר בעלי הדין, כולם או מקצתם.
